• No File Storage on Our Servers: We do not upload, scan, or store your private documents on our servers unless you explicitly use a cloud-sync or cloud-conversion feature you have intentionally enabled.

B. Information You Provide Directly

• Account Information: If you create an account, we may collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials.
• Customer Support: Information you submit when contacting our support team, including error logs, screenshots, and correspondence details.
• Subscription & Purchase Data: If you purchase in-app subscriptions, transaction processing is handled directly by platform providers (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play Store). We do not store your credit card or payment card details.

C. Automatically Collected Information

• Device Information: Device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, language settings, and screen resolution.
• Diagnostic & Performance Data: Crash reports, app load times, and performance telemetry to detect bugs and enhance app stability.
• Usage Analytics: Aggregated, non-personally identifiable usage statistics (e.g., features used, frequency of app opens) to improve user experience.

3. Device Permissions We Request

To provide full functionality, PDF Morning App may request specific system permissions:
